3. Counter-Notification Procedure

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright law.
